Well-known chicken sandwich chain Chick-fil-A is expanding in the Texas Hill Country, planning to debut a new 4,929-square-foot outpost in Spring Branch, according to a recently submitted permit application.

Coming to 462 Singing Oaks, the eatery will land near establishments such as Ay Chiwawa! Mexican Cafe, Chili’s Grill & Bar, and IHOP.

The filing details the project as the “ground-up construction of a quick service restaurant with drive-thru and stand-alone canopies” with construction slated to begin on October 14 and finish on March 30, 2025.

For an estimated $2,000,000, the work will be carried out by Dallas-based firm Mayse & Associates, Inc.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Chick-fil-A representatives to inquire about the expansion, but they could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
