A popular Jersey restaurant will be bringing the heat to King of Prussia this year. Helmed by the Triple T Hospitality Group, Tommy’s Tavern + Tap is preparing to make its Pennsylvania debut, reports The Philadelphia Business Journal.

The restaurant group has signed a lease for J. Alexander’s former 9,000 square foot home, located at 256 Mall Boulevard. The space will allow Tommy’s to accommodate up to 388 customers; a 50 table dining room will be able to seat around 300 patrons, the bar will be able to serve 44, and 44 guests who enjoy al fresco dining will be able to take advantage of the 11 outdoor patio tables.

The King of Prussia location will allow Tommy’s to extend its East Coast empire-a thrilling prospect for the hospitality group at its helm. Triple T CEO Tim Selcov tells What Now Philadelphia: “We are very excited to be coming to KOP and bringing our brand into Pennsylvania.”

Future King of Prussia diners can look forward to an embarrassment of culinary choices; Tommy’s Tavern features 3 separate kitchens, preparing 3 distinctive types of cuisine. Guests can choose between sushi, traditional bar options, or coal-fired oven pizzas.

In addition to varied and delicious fare, Tommy’s, described as an “upscale, polished sports bar”, will feature 25 tvs.

While an official opening date is not currently available, Triple T projects a late summer debut.
