New Seafood Spot To Join East Village

A yet-to-be-named seafood spot will be heading to 45 Avenue B in East Village, according to recently filed paperwork.

The spot will take form in a two-story building that will seat 143. There will be 30 indoor tables and one nine-seat bar on the ground floor.

The spot will be open for dinner and plans to have hours from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. during the week and 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Owner Kerloes Zaraf Karas will be heading up the new concept. What Now New York got in touch with Karas but has yet to receive in-depth details about the new restaurant. It appears to still be in the early stages of development.

As of now, the food menu has not been revealed. However, there will be signature cocktails with names such as Summer on West, The Goldeneye and West Side Story. There will also be a martini section, according to the filed paperwork.
