A new Asian fusion restaurant is planning to open at 100 East Broadway, Unit C2, according to a recently filed application.

The yet-to-be-named concept was filed under Royal Century Banquet Inc.

The spot will go into the second and third floor of the 14-floor mixed-use building. It is a new construction.

The second floor will feature a Cantonese menu, while the third floor will feature a Japanese and sushi menu. In total, the restaurant will have 22 indoor tables and 230 seats. It will also feature an outdoor area on the third floor that will have 10 tables with an overhang and will seat 42.

There will be two bars on the third floor. One will seat 14 and the other — a sushi bar — will seat five.

The filed paperwork indicates that the location is also designed to be a wedding and special events venue, with potential for live music for private events.

Shiwei Lin will head up the concept. Lin has worked in the restaurant industry since 2008. Most recently, Lin has worked as a kitchen manager at Sushi Hatsune at 50 Eldridge St.

The spot will be open from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. every day. The menu will feature a dim sum breakfast with dishes like shrimp and pork dumplings, BBQ pork buns and steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce. Other dim sum offerings include spring rolls, deep-fried shrimp balls, egg tarts and steamed sponge cake.

For dinner, the Cantonese menu will offer appetizers like typhoon shelter crab and honey-glazed BBQ pork, and main dishes like steamed grouper and sweet and sour pork.

The Japanese and sushi menu will feature offerings like udon, miso soup, sashimi and maki.

As of now, it is unclear when the spot will open. However, it appears to be in the construction phase.
