According to a recent permit filing, Spot Bistro has filed for a new Auburn Park area location at 7323 S Halsted Street.

Behind Spot Bistro are Diane Gartley and Letita Rogers. According to a recent Facebook post from the company, this will be a change of locations and an opening date will be released soon.

Chicago Meal tells us that Spot Bistro is referred to, or has been in the past, as Cafe 75- Humble Eats. Spot Bistro’s Instagram handle confirms this as well. According to Google, Humble Eats is marked as permanently closed.

“Cafe 75- Humble Eats is a cozy and welcoming café that serves delicious breakfast and lunch. This restaurant is located on S Halsted Street and offers a menu with tasty options such as the Grill Romaine with grill chicken and veggies or the Sear Salmon over rice pilaf/shrimp cream sauce.”

“Letita Rogers has given this restaurant her stamp of approval, making it a must-visit destination for foodies in the area,” Chicago Meal adds. Spot Bistro’s Facebook page states that they also offer a dinner option.
