PTM Partners and Kushner, two real estate developers and managers with sizable footprints in Florida, announced yesterday that the popular NYC-based bakery Maman will open a new location at 2000 Biscayne Blvd in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

“Maman’s renowned presence seamlessly complements the vibrant community we have meticulously created at 2000 Biscayne,” Kushner president Nicole Kushner Meyer said in a press release. “This partnership symbolizes the pinnacle of our commitment to creating a bespoke living experience, and we eagerly anticipate the delight it will bring to our residents.”

The 36-story property, called simply 2000 Biscayne, is a “masterpiece of opulent living, showcasing 420 exquisite studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences nestled in the heart of Edgewater.”

“Maman’s space will span approximately 2,000 square feet on the ground floor of the building facing Biscayne Boulevard, along with outdoor patio seating on Biscayne Boulevard and 20th Street,” says the press release.

Residents will soon be able to enjoy the popular cafe, bakery, restaurant, and lifestyle brand’s selection of food, coffee, and drinks. Maman’s Wynwood location features Sandwiches & Tartines like Patricia’s Prosciutto Sandwich (prosciutto, manchego, grated tomato, olive oil & fleur de sel on a baguette) and the Croque Maman (Parisian ham, comté cheese & homemade béchamel on seeded sourdough). There are Miami-exclusive pastries like Maman’s Fruit Basket (guava filling wrapped in a croissant & topped with seasonal fresh fruit) and the Passion Fruit & Lavender Loaf Cake (passion fruit olive oil cake with a touch of lavender, topped with white chocolate).

“We are excited to bring the Maman experience to the Edgewater neighborhood,” Maman co-founder Elisa Marshall said in the press release. “The Edgewater district’s vibrancy and sense of community is the perfect place to expand our South Florida presence.”
