The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is undergoing some transformations, with its high-end eatery Old Hickory Steakhouse receiving a makeover. Updates are underway at the restaurant, which is onsite at the 6700 N. Gaylord Rockies Blvd hotel complex.

The renovations aim to enhance the restaurant’s elegant aesthetic. Currently, its design blends contemporary elegance with rustic charm, with elegant fixtures, rich wood accents, and plush seating.

Old Hickory Steakhouse has long been a cornerstone of fine dining at the Gaylord Rockies. It is known for its top-tier beef, fresh seafood, artisanal cheeses, house-made desserts, craft cocktails, and a meticulously curated wine list.

Last year, the eatery underwent contracting work to add outdoor dining areas. Further details about this project were not available. A company spokesperson said that the completion of construction is “pending”.
