Upslope Brewing Company, one of Colorado’s top 10 largest breweries, is preparing to open its latest taproom. The Upslope Après Outpost will be located within the Bluebird Market, a dynamic food hall in Silverthorne at 325 Blue River Pkwy.

The Denver Post reports the venue will feature 10 craft beer taps and a tap for Upslope’s hard yerba mate. Visitors can also enjoy cocktails crafted with the brand’s hard seltzer, and bites from surrounding businesses.

The Bluebird Market houses around 10 food and drink concepts, including popular spots like Mighty Colorado Burger, Lucky Bird, and Lazo Empanadas. Renovations are ongoing at the site to prepare the shell for the taproom.

Upslope Brewing Company, founded in 2008, has made a name for itself not just for its craft beer but also for its commitment to sustainability. A Certified B Corporation, Upslope packages all its beers in 100% recyclable cans.
