The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the welcoming buzz of community connection will soon fill the air at Highland Pine Coffee Company, set to open at 21123 Eva St Suite 110, Montgomery, TX 77356. This eagerly anticipated addition to Montgomery comes from Co-Owners Chad and Taryn Fiebiger, whose vision for the coffee shop intertwines seamlessly with their existing retail store, The Highland Pine Co.

Chad Fiebiger shared his inspiration for opening a coffee shop, saying, “I personally really enjoy coffee, and the communal effect that it has in bringing people together. When I got out of the car business, I knew that I still wanted to do something that would allow me to have these interactions with, and really to build relationships with, our customers. I felt that a small locally owned coffee shop, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere would be a great fit!”

The coffee shop is part of the couple’s broader vision, realized when the space next to their retail store became available. Chad explained, “We always had a vision of combining the retail store and the coffee shop, but we knew it would take a very particular space for it to work. Our current location was not available at that time. Thankfully, we have a great landlord who graciously let us transfer into the new space.”

The Highland Pine Coffee Company will be connected to the retail store through interior doors, allowing customers to move freely between the two spaces. The coffee shop is expected to offer a variety of espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and light snacks, with a finalized menu still in the works.

Montgomery residents can look forward to a space that blends the charm of locally curated retail with the warm embrace of a neighborhood coffee shop, all under one roof. While the community eagerly awaits the opening, the Fiebigers are committed to ensuring everything is just right. According to Community Impact, the target opening timeframe is Spring 2025.
