Homegrown Tap & Dough, the local Italian eatery known for its house-made pasta and hand-tossed pizzas, is set to open a new location in Castle Rock. Community tips reveal that this is the latest from a list of eateries the company has planned.
Homegrown’s menu is a celebration of classic Italian flavors, with signature dishes like Chicken Parmesan, Rigatoni Bolognese, and the popular Weekend Warrior pizza. Guests will also enjoy fresh burgers made with the finest ingredients, hand-crafted cannoli for dessert, and a variety of delicious appetizers.
Cassie Pinckney, VP of Marketing for Homegrown Tap & Dough, shared that the Castle Rock location is still in the planning stages, with updates on operations, design, and menu details expected by the spring. She said the restaurant will offer the same great experience as its other popular spots in Westminster, Arvada, and Wash Park.
The concept was founded by the team behind Park Burger, Perdida, and Lady Nomada: Gastamo Group. It was created by partners Jean-Philippe Failyau, a leader in the local food scene, and Peter Newlin, who has a background in restaurant operations.
