According to Sonoma Magazine, the restaurateurs behind Healdsburg’s Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven are gearing up to debut a second outpost in downtown Santa Rosa.
Coming to 615 4th Street, taking over the former Mary’s Pizza Shack spot, the eatery will land near establishments such as Aroma de Cafe Brunch, Mac’s, and Russian River Brewing Company.
What Now San Francisco reached out to Sonu Chandi, the owner of Chandi Hospitality Group, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Chandi, the group offers a brief introduction on its website: “In 2007, the Chandi Group purchased their first restaurant, a Mountain Mike’s Pizza in Rohnert Park… Since then, they’ve become the brand’s North Bay Mountain Mike’s Development Agent, opening six new locations, with three on the way.”
In addition to Bollywood and Mountain Mike’s, the team also operates numerous Chicken Guy outposts as well as Beer Baron.
The second Bollywood Kitchen location is slated to open in late 2024.
