Founded in South Korea in 1997, “French-Asian-inspired bakery” chain Tous Les Jours is bringing its fresh baked-in-store baked goods to Las Vegas. The chain first launched in the US in 2004 and has since grown to more than 70 stateside locations (with a total of more than 1,650 worldwide). Permit paperwork shows plans for work on a 2000 sq. ft. space for the bakery and cafe at 8140 S Rainbow Blvd.
The chain offers a wide variety of baked goodies. These include cakes like its Earl Grey Latte Cake and Triple Delight Coffee Cake; bread and pastries like Taro Buttercream Bread, Red Bean Bread, Spinach Feta Danish, and Pain Au Chocolat; and light meals like the B.E.L.T. Sandwich and Avocado & Turkey Sandwich. Macarons and other sweets are also available.
Tous Les Jours serves a selection of coffee and tea drinks and smoothies too. Coffee drinks range from familiar espresso beverages to specialty drinks like the Ube Latte or Iced Tiramisu Latte, while the tea and smoothie selection includes the Mango Smoothie, the Strawberry Latte, London Fog, Iced Milk Tea, and more.
The location on S Rainbow Blvd is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection with W Windmill Ln, north of which lies a considerable cluster of food and drink locations that include Bad Owl Coffee Roasters, Jollibee, and Doh Korean BBQ.
