With its first location set to open next year in Las Vegas, and a second location planned for Scottsdale, Arizona, golf concept Chip Shots is about to become the major work-meets-play spot for professionals in the Summerlin area.
Originally planned for early next year, the Las Vegas location’s opening has been delayed. It will now open at the intersection of West Flamingo Road and I-215 in mid-2023.
Founded by Las Vegas local Keith Langlands, Chip Shots’ particular niche is that work-meets-play mix particular to all things golf. Its website promises an “exclusive, membership-only place where you can engage, connect, entertain, work and play with like-minded professionals.”
Recently submitted building paperwork has shed some more light on the planned location. The plans estimate a construction budget of $5.8 million for a 16,000 square-foot, two-story facility. It will feature golf simulators, a lounge, and outdoor patio space.
“Whether you want to impress a new client, envision your next big idea, revel in a promotion, practice your golf swing, or take your business to the next level,” the description continues, “Chip Shots was created specifically for you.”
In addition to its “State-of-the-Art Full Swing Golf Simulators” and virtual putting green, the location promises fine dining and a specialty drink menu. Further details on the cuisine and drinks offered at Chip Shots are still forthcoming.
