Brea is about to experience a delicious Mediterranean takeover as renowned fast-casual restaurant CAVA is set to open its doors. The business will open at 103 W Imperial Hwy in the Gateway Center plaza.

Posts from BreaNOW announced the impending arrival of CAVA last year. It will be taking over the former Blaze Pizza location in the Downtown Brea shopping center. Job postings show the company is seeking to hire for General Manager and Prep Crew positions.

CAVA serves delicious, healthy, and affordable food. The customizable meals consist of build-your-own bowls with a preferred base, greens, grains, protein, and toppings.

Led by CEO Brett Schulman, the chain’s assembly line-style Mediterranean cuisine attracts customers looking for a quick yet nutritious meal. There are more than 70 locations of the eatery across the county.
