According to a recent permit filing, Buenos Dias Mexican Cuisine is on its way to Vancouver at 15640 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard Suite 100-102.

“Our opening date will depend on licensing, which could take 3-8 weeks. I’m aiming for the end of June or the first of July. We will be focusing on a mix of Mexican and American classic breakfasts,” owner Bryan Hernandez told What Now Portland.

“We will keep it traditional with menu options like biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, and other classic American breakfast options. We will also have new things for menu options to introduce to the area.”

“Everything is going to be cooked fresh and onsite. Our recipes are made from scratch and will be really authentic.”

“I always liked cooking since I was a little kid and had a dream about having my own restaurant. My parents own Los Alambres, and I have worked with them since they opened. Before that I have always worked in the food industry.”

Los Alambres website states, “Our family has a dream. We arrived in the states 14 years ago. From a food truck to our Vancouver location, we have never wavered from our vision to bring our food to the tables of others. Our traditional dishes are generations old and meant to be shared for everyone to enjoy.”
