According to recent reporting in Community Impact, a new El Pollo Rico location is planned for Pflugerville.
The dining company specializes in authentic Mexican charcoal grilled chicken and carne asada.
Citing recent construction documents, CI reports that the “restaurant will be located in a new retail center, according to TDLR. The 5,970 square-foot space will include the restaurant build out as well as space for future tenants. Currently in registration status, the project has an estimated start date of February 2025, with an estimated completion in August of the same year.”
“Come try our Authentic Mexican Charcoal Grilled Chicken & Carne Asada,” the official tagline states.
No opening date has been announced.
