Ramen Tatsu-Ya is planning to bring another restaurant to the Austin area, with a new location listed for Pflugerville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The proposed restaurant will be located at 18725 FM 685, Building 2, Suite 300, Pflugerville, TX 78660. The project, filed under RT11, LLC dba Ramen Tatsu-Ya, calls for a $1.4 million finish-out of a 2,952-square-foot space in a new building.

According to the filing, construction is scheduled to begin on February 8, 2027, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2027. The work is classified as new construction and will involve preparing the space for restaurant use.

Keystone 1916-11, LLC, is listed as the project owner in the filing, while Kim Turner is named as the tenant contact. NCG & Associates, LLC, is listed as the design firm.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya is an Austin-based restaurant concept known for its ramen offerings. The Pflugerville project would add another location to the brand’s presence in the greater Austin area.

The TDLR filing lists the project as having completed its review. However, the estimated construction timeline does not confirm when the restaurant will open to the public. Further details about the location, including its menu, operating hours, and official opening date, have not yet been announced.
