Daily Fresh Market, a new grocery store, is set to debut in Austin. According to a recently filed permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new grocer is expected to open at 5851 1/2 E Parmer Ln, Building 2, Suite 300.

The address is in Parmer Commons, directly adjacent to the Shops at Parmer Lane development, in the Harris Branch of the North Austin/Manor area.

The permit further details that the construction project for the new Daily Fresh Market is planned to start at the end of this month and is slated to wrap up at the end of March 2027. If permitting goes smoothly and the estimated $150,000 construction project stays on track, the new 5,038-square-foot store should open by next Spring.

At the helm of the opening is Daily Fresh Market owner Premkumar Shrestha, who was listed on the permit. What Now Austin reached out to Shrestha to find out more about the exciting new store and its opening details. But unfortunately, we did not hear back from Shrestha by the time of this publication.

Daily Fresh Market does not yet have a website or social media pages. With no online presence, it’s hard to say what exactly the new store will offer. But we’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed. So keep your ears perked and your eyes peeled for the latest!

Daily Fresh Market is anticipated to open in North Austin within the Parmer Commons at 5851 1/2 E Parmer Ln, Building 2, Suite 300 by Spring 2027.
