A new Italian concept from an established favorite hospitality group is preparing to prove that good things come to those who wait. Philadelphia residents will finally be able to experience Mulherin’s Pizza, the latest restaurant from Method Co. hospitality, this spring, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The hotly-anticipated establishment will begin welcoming customers on the ground floor of the Girard building, located at 1199 Ludlow Street, in April. Mulherin’s Pizza has been in development for quite some time, facing pandemic-related delays.

The newest concept from Method Co. will be a sibling to the hospitality group’s incredibly popular Wm. Mulherin’s Sons restaurant. The pizzeria will, of course, shift the culinary focus to the titular pies, while also featuring house-made pasta and small dishes. Guests can look forward to enjoying craft cocktails and an assortment of Italian wines.

While an official opening date has not yet been announced, Mulherin’s Pizza plans to open its doors in the beginning of April.
