Philly residents will soon be able to enjoy their sushi with a side of disco coolness. Sushi by Bou, the popular New York City based omakase concept, will be opening a new location in Midtown this spring.
The restaurant, owned by the SimpleVenue hospitality group, has not yet revealed the precise location of its newest Philadelphia home. A news bulletin shared with What Now Philadelphia by SimpleVenue founder Michael Sinensky revealed that Philly’s latest Sushi by Bou will be located in Midtown and will open on an unspecified date in April.
The eatery promises a unique and hip twist on the omakase dining experience. With its promise of a “Studio 54 disco sushi” atmosphere, Sushi by Bou Philly Midtown is certain to draw a cool and eclectic crowd.
What Now Philadelphia has reached out to SimpleVenue and is awaiting further information.
