Ohio-born pizza chain Marco’s Pizza is planning another South Florida location. The massive chain opened its 1,100th store in 2022, and it is poised to open its sixth in South Florida at 811 E Commercial Blvd in Oakland Park.
Marco’s Pizza offers a variety of pizza choices like the Pepperoni Magnifico (our signature Old World Pepperoni®, romesan seasoning, our original sauce and signature three cheeses) and the Hawaiian Chicken (Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, pineapple, our original sauce and signature three cheeses) as well as the familiar pizza-shop choice to build your own.
The menu also features sub sandwiches, salads, sides like Cheezybread and Chicken Dippers, and the chain’s branded Cinnasquares dessert. For guests looking to hold off on the carbs, Marco’s locations have also served up crustless Pizza Bowls.
Behind the Oakland Park location is Riviera Point Investment + Development, a local real estate development firm established in 2007. What Now reached out to CEO Rodrigo Azpurua on Tuesday. Azpurua was not immediately available for comment.
The location is one of several food and drink spots on either side of East Commercial Boulevard just west of the intersection with North Dixie Highway. These include Smoothie King, Firehouse Subs, Denny’s, and Richie’s Gourmet Italian Ices.
