The team behind Miami’s popular Naruto-themed restaurant Naruto 88 Bistro is at work on a new project in Pinecrest. A plan review submitted recently by Rich Ladies LLC shows a restaurant called Thousand Sunny opening at 9545 S Dixie Highway.

What Now reached out to co-owner Bin Chen on Thursday to inquire about the upcoming restaurant. Chen declined to comment on the project. The details will remain unknown for the moment.

Located at 10471 N Kendall Dr Suite B104, Naruto 88 Bistro offers a selection of sushi, ramen, and other dishes. Some popular items include Ichiraku Ramen (Naruto’s favorite Char siu pork ramen. Tonkotsu broth with Nitamago egg, corn, edamame, scallions and fish cake) and Bulgogi Steak Ramen. Other choices, like Build Your Own Poke Bowls and the Curry Katsu Chicken Platter, fill out the menu.

Situated near the spot where the Palmetto Expressway crosses over Pinecrest Pkwy, the location is part of a retail center that already houses food and drinks spots like Pho 79 Pinecrest, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Roasters ‘N Toasters.
