Just south of the North Federal Highway and Arthur Street intersection, the luxurious Federal Spa and Restaurant is working toward the beginning of construction. Work on the spot is expected to begin this fall, leading into a Grand Opening planned for Fall 2024.
“This upscale destination aims to provide an unparalleled experience for food enthusiasts and relaxation-seekers alike,” read press materials sent to What Now on Monday by Eugene Yatsenko, an investor and the CEO of Wildec, who is behind the project.
The fine dining restaurant destination will seat about 80 guests, including its bar area. Behind the menu, Yatsenko says, is a highly-acclaimed chef whose name has yet to be released. It will feature seafood and meat dishes, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
“The SPA will feature several saunas, a steam room, and a Japanese bath, catering to a variety of relaxation preferences. The outdoor area will boast a stunning pool and a jacuzzi, surrounded by sunbeds, providing the perfect environment for guests to unwind and enjoy the soothing atmosphere,” reads the press release.
“The modern design will seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, emphasizing tranquility and elegance. As anticipation builds, locals and visitors eagerly await the Fall 2024 grand opening of Federal SPA and Restaurant, which is poised to set a new benchmark for luxury and sophistication in the hospitality industry.”
