Chicago-based Italian-American bistro Pinstripes is known for its “combination of made-from-scratch dining, face-to-face gaming, and signature service that makes our guests feel like family.” Pinstripes has 14 locations across the United States and is gearing up to launch its much-anticipated first South Florida location at Esplanade at Aventura this month.

With that opening imminent, Pinstripes is already looking toward its next outpost in South Florida, which will open in Coral Gables.

“I’m really excited about that space, it’s going to be one of our beautiful Pinstripes,” Pinstripes COO Chris Soukup told What Now on Friday regarding the Coral Springs opening. Soukup says the opening date isn’t set yet, but the location can be expected in the next six months.

Pinstripes offers a menu of upscale, scratch-made Italian offerings and craft cocktails in an environment that is both beautiful and conducive to fun: a major part of the experience is the brand’s focus on bowling and bocce. Pinstripes also holds a massive number of special events, hosting everything from weddings to corporate events.

“We’re excited to be part of Miami and the food scene that’s happening in Miami. It’s fun, it’s robust,” said Soukup. “And we’re something different; we combine quality food with quality fun. We’re something to do, not just a place dine and go home.”
