After launching its first South Florida location at 69 Northwest 26th Street in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, New York-born cafe chain Maman appears to be expanding its presence in the area with a new location headed to West Palm Beach. Recently submitted plan review paperwork shows a Maman location opening at 473 S Rosemary Ave, as part of indoor-outdoor shopping mall CityPlace.

“On any given day of the week, Maman welcomes sleepy New Yorkers, local celebrities, moms-on-the-go, business partners, and friends into one of our many locations,” says the Maman website’s Our Story page. “Greeted by the scent of culinary splendor that wafts through the space, our guests step into an experience that engages all of the senses: rustic décor at every turn, the aroma and comfort of cuisines inspired by family traditions, and the highest quality ingredients.”

The menu at Maman’s SoHo New York location features Maman Classics like the Daily Quiche, the Egg Salad Tartine, and Overnight Oats. A selection of sandwiches includes the Croque ‘Maman’ (Parisian ham, comté cheese & homemade béchamel on sourdough) and Katie’s Chicken Sandwich (roasted red peppers & tomatoes, arugula & basil aioli on a baguette). Pastries and Sweets like the Everything Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, and Pistachio Chocolate go well with a selection of familiar espresso drinks, plus specialty drinks like the Honey Lavender Latte.

Opening in the Rosemary Avenue location, Maman would join a food and beverage community that includes restaurants like Pura Vida, The Salty Donut, City Pizza Italian Cuisine, and The Cheesecake Factory.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to Maman CDO Guss Firestein to inquire about plans for a West Palm Beach Maman. Firestein was not immediately available for comment.
