The newest juicy burger spot is coming to the city’s downtown this year.
CaliBurger is coming to downtown Boca Raton at 508 Via De Palmas. This will be the first location for the concept, and the team has plans to expand all around Florida. Managing Partner Edward Busse told What Now Miami he does not yet have an opening date.
“California-inspired food and Cali Style Service are heading to South Florida. First on wheels, then at Royal Palm Place in Boca Raton,” says the description on their website.
The owners have already released a menu online, which features burgers like the CaliDouble with “Cali-style secret sauce.” Chicken sandwiches, tenders and fries are the sides. For drinks, Coca-Cola beverages and popsicles will also be available.
The plaza is on the south end of Via De Palmas, sharing the building with Indian Harvest Restaurant and Patio Tapas and Beer. The popular Biergarten spot is right across the street, and this is on the south end of downtown Boca Raton. The Bright Line station is just a short walk north.
Busse said that prior to the opening, the team is launching a food truck concept somewhere in Boca Raton, which will be at the end of this month. More information on the location will be released in the coming weeks.
