A plan review submitted by Sunshine Eatery + Market LLP shows a restaurant called Sunshine Eatery + Market opening in Suite 3 at the condominium complex’s address, 400 Kings Point Dr.
Details on Sunshine Eatery’s menu and overall brand profile are not available, but a restaurant-market combo is always a fun proposition.
