According to the Upper West Side PHX blog, a new Twisted Sugar is opening at the North Gateway Village Core development off I-17 and Dove Valley Road in 2024.

Local franchisees Katie and Russ Forsberg are behind the new opening, and also own several other locations in the area.

Offering gourmet sodas and cookie creations, their menu includes various soda flavors as well as everyday favorites such as lemon sugar, frosted sugar, chocolate chip, oatmeal, and peanut butter. For signature cookies, they have twisted sugar, lemon raspberry sugar, sprinkes sugar, caramel sugar, and sugardoodle. Beyond that, there’s an indulgent cookies section, which includes chocolate rolled in powdered sugar, peanut butter nutella, lemon tart, banana cream, swizzle sugar, oatmeal cookie butter, and cookies and cream. Customers can get gluten free cookies as well, made with a sugar cookie base and any frosting.

The chain shared the following on their Facebook page: “Our cookies are no ordinary cookies! With a twist in every bite, we offer an array of innovative, mouthwatering flavors that keep customers returning for more. Twisted Sugar isn’t just a brand; it’s a movement. We’re all about spreading love, happiness, and sweet treats to the communities we serve.”

An exact opening date has not been announced yet.
