According to recent public records, a new boba establishment is coming to Austin.
Set for 611 S Congress Ave, Boba Magic will soon begin building out its “interior build out of space for a Boba Tea Shop” costing around $120,000. The establishment is expected to reach completion in late February 2025.
“Located at the Ramble at Goodnight Ranch in Southeast Austin, Boba Magic is the go-to destination for delicious beverages in a beautiful space with a light-hearted, whimsical atmosphere,” the official website states.
