New Dragon Chinese Restaurant Has Filed For An Assumption of Tender Green Lounge In Vancouver

According to a recent permit filing, New Dragon Chinese Restaurant has filed for an assumption of Tender Green in Vancouver at 12329 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard.

“New Dragon is located at 12329 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98682. When you enter, you will immediately feel a harmonious blend of comfort and refined atmosphere.”

Whether you are a first-time visitor or a long-term visitor, we strive to make your dining experience truly memorable. Come and explore the wonders of Chinese cuisine with us,” New Dragon’s website states.

Tender Green Lounge was described as a “Laid-back bar offering a large selection of beer, plus food, sports on TV, and karaoke,” according to Google. A recent Facebook post in the Dining in the Couve group states they have permanently closed, with commentators saying that the owners have retired, with the new owners temporarily closing the space to remodel and reopen at a later date.

According to the permit filing, the folks who are behind New Dragon are Alan Gui Jiang and Yanna Chen. The assumption was also filed under New Dragon Restaurant Inc., which according to Washington Business Search, was incorporated on October 8th, 2024. Hui Xin Su is listed to be behind the incorporation.
