According to an article from the Daily Herald, Minnesota-based Bullvino’s will soon expand to The Promenade Bolingbrook at 631 E Boughton Rd.

“We don’t have an official, specific opening date as of yet,” co-owner Nate Uherka told What Now Chicago.

According to the Daily Herald article, “Brazilian churrascaria Bullvino’s is planning a fall opening at The Promenade Bolingbrook.”

“The eatery, owned and operated by Brazilian chefs, currently has two locations in Minnesota. Meat selections from Brazil and the U.S. range from marinated sirloin, bacon-wrapped steak and chicken, pork ribs, and Hmong sausage.”

Bullvino’s website features their menu, which includes a full cocktail menu, dessert options, meat plates, and more. Some of the options include dry-aged ribeye, a jumbo shrimp cocktail, top-shelf rodizio, and Brazilian flan.

They also list options for customers to make reservations at either of the two current locations, learn more about their private event options, or join Bullvino’s E-Club.

An article from Twin Cities Pioneer Press states, “Food is served churrasco-style, in which servers roam the dining room with skewers of grilled meats such as chicken, pork, lamb and steak cuts for diners to choose from, as is popular in chef/owner Marcio Demorais’ native Brazil. A self-serve salad bar and desserts are also part of the lineup.”

“The spot is run by Demorais, who is heading the kitchen, Nathan Uherka, who is running the front of the house, and his brother Dustin Uherka, who is the marketing director. The team is also behind Grill Hall Churrascaria in Maple Grove, which also features churrasco-style dining,” the article adds.

The Promenade Bolingbrook, according to the company website, describes itself as “Promenade Bolingbrook is a vibrant open-air, retail and entertainment destination. The center offers more than 60 shops and 12 restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating. The Promenade is anchored by Macy’s, DSW, H&M, Barnes & Noble, and Bass Pro Shops.”

“The Promenade has plenty of street parking and events. The Promenade is located along the I-355 corridor and is less than one mile from the I-355 / I-55 interchange on Boughton Rd. in Bolingbrook, IL.”
