A charcuterie franchise will offer boards, boxes, and grab-n-go meals in Fort Worth later this summer. Graze Craze is being planned for 4750 Bryant Irvin Rd., Ste. 808 and could open sometime in mid- to late- August.

Franchise owner Donnie Bedore told What Now Dallas that a person could spend hundreds of dollars on the ingredients to make a charcuterie board for an event, so Graze Craze is a great alternative. “This is a pretty neat concept that you can get the whole board made for you. You don’t have to put in several hours to do it yourself. It’s very high-quality produce, meats, and cheeses, so it’s nice to have a turnkey thing like that,” Bedore said.

Sizes range from charcuterie cups to large boards. “We can handle small get-togethers or big corporate events. We do it all. We celebrate everything,” Bedore said.

Graze Craze offers four different styles of charcuterie boards in seven sizes. Styles include the original meat and cheese board, vegetarian, keto-style, and a sweet board.

Customers can order online or over the phone for pickup or delivery. Graze Craze accepts walk-ins to grab lunch, but there will not be any indoor seating.

“We’re super excited. I think it’s a service that will take off very quickly. It definitely gives healthy options for events.” Bedore is also planning a location in Burleson that is expected to open in spring of 2023. His plans are to open a total of five Graze Craze locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
