Razzoo’s Cajun Café is planning to open a location in Burleson in the spring of 2023. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will be located at 135 W. Ellison St., according to state licensing information.

You can try a few appetizers including Cajun fondue, boudin balls, and gumbo. The menu is expansive with a number of po’boys, burgers, and salads available. Some Cajun Favorites include Stuff’d Shrimp, Jambalaya Pasta, and Gator Tail.

If you’re in the mood for a cocktail, Razzoo’s offers 1/2 gallon Gator Punch, Margarita Rocks, and Hurrycane Rocks. You can also enjoy a cold beer or wine.

Razzoo’s first opened in Dallas in 1991 and now has about two dozen restaurants across Texas and others in Oklahoma and North Carolina. “Our deep love and respect of Cajun culture is what drove our desire to share bold bayou flavors that feed the soul,” stated the brand’s website.
