A new workout studio is being planned for Denton County. The F45 studio in Northlake will open in a nearly 2,400-square-foot space at 1234 FM 407. The gym could open sometime this fall, according to a state project filing.
F45 is a membership-based studio that offers full-body workouts to clients. The “F” in F45 stands for functional training, which is a mix of circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts. The 45-minute classes are designed to improve energy levels, strength, and endurance.
The franchise focuses on a team training mentality to help members transform physically and mentally while encouraging growth as a community.
The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex currently has about 40 F45 locations that are being planned or are already in operation.
