La La Land Kind Cafe could be opening a storefront at Preston Park Colonnade in Plano. That’s according to a project filing.
La La Land Kind Cafe was founded by Francois Reihani in Dallas back in 2019 as a way to mentor and provide jobs for youth in the foster system. Another focus of La La Land Kind Cafe is to normalize kindness.
The 100% organic shop offers a variety of coffees, teas, matcha drinks, and lattes, as well as some food options. Several toasts are offered including “the queen” avocado toast and the hazelnut toast. Overnight oats and chia seed pudding options are also available.
La La Land Kind Cafe has about half a dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and others in Houston and California, according to the brand’s website. The Plano spot would be located at 2301 Preston Rd., Ste. A and could open in the fall of 2023.
The website states “the name la la land land represents a dream world,” and La La Land Kind Cafe wants to be “a place where you walk in and feel a true sense of joy for life. a place where you are loved for who you are.”
