The Dahlstrom family is bringing the Daddy’s Chicken Shack franchise to Colleyville, Texas by the summer of 2024, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The filing outlines plans to finish out the 2,819-square-foot space at 4717 Colleyville Blvd. Suite #100 for use as a Daddy’s Chicken Shack — a franchise rapidly expanding across 8 states and counting.
The chain invites guests to “discover pressure cooked or perfectly grilled chicken made fresh upon order.” Customer favorites include Chicken and Waffles — a fried chicken breast sandwiched by funnel-cake style waffles and the Nashville Daddy Sandwich with spice options ranging from ‘Country’ to ‘Extra Hot’.
The menu also includes grilled sandwiches, salads, and even burritos, all available with array of classic country sides like Cole slaw and loaded fries.
Each meal is enhanced with ‘Shack Crafted Sauces’ included Sriracha Mayo, Spicy Sour Cream, Remoulade, Ginger Mayo, Chive Sour Cream and more.
