An IV hydration and wellness therapy concept is expanding to McKinney. According to public filings, Live Hydration Spa plans to open at 4058 W. University Drive, Suite 104, within The Center at Fort Buckner.
Live Hydration Spa specializes in IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and wellness injections. The concept offers a range of treatments designed to support hydration and wellness through the administration of fluids, vitamins, and other nutrients.
IV therapy delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream rather than through the digestive system. The treatment has become increasingly popular among wellness-focused consumers seeking hydration and recovery services.
What Now Dallas reached out to franchisee Richard Radford, who confirmed that an opening is targeted for February 2027.
According to Radford, the location was chosen for its traffic and strategic placement between Dave & Buster’s and EōS Fitness, two major anchors that draw steady activity to the corridor.
The brand operates a membership-based model, offering regular clients access to weekly and monthly drip packages at reduced rates.
The W. University Drive corridor is one of McKinney’s major commercial areas, drawing traffic from surrounding residential communities and nearby retail and entertainment destinations. McKinney has also seen continued growth in wellness and personal care concepts as the city’s population and commercial footprint expand.
What Now Dallas has previously covered several openings along the same corridor, including a new Drybar location and a new Luna Grill Mediterranean Kitchen planned for the area.
