Vietnamese coffee shop Vieti Coffee will open its doors to Dallas guests in the summer of 2024, according a recent social media post from the brand. Currently, Vieti has only been available to the public at select pop-up events, but will soon take the next step by establishing a permanent location in the upscale shops of Knox Henderson. The shop is owned by Rydge Villa and Khoa Truong.
In addition to authentic Vietnamese coffee, the shop has also advertised an even wider variety of beverage options. One photo depicts a “Strawberry Sago Chè” that is “made with fresh strawberries, longan, mini sago, coconut jelly” and paired with a sweet milk base.
Vieti’s social profiles express that the brand is “excited to introduce our modern Vietnamese pain drip coffee and Chè fruit dessert drinks.” The brand aims to be “a pioneer for culture coffee; uniquely prepared and offering exclusive flavors.”
The shop will neighbor stores and restaurants including Jake’s, Ever Body, Flow Yoga, Veritas Wine Room, and Local Public Eatery. Follow Vieti Coffee on Facebook or Instagram @Vieti_Coffee for opening updates and more.
