Home of Juicy Dumplings is the first of its kind, but not the first restaurant from owner Hui Cheng. The Chinese fine dining restaurant coming to 2910 Rio Grande Blvd Suite 300 in Euless is Cheng’s fifth restaurant.
“I’ve owned different restaurants, each with a different concepts,” Cheng told What Now Dallas. This one will offer a full bar, draft beer, and authentic Chinese fare from a chef who hails from Hong Kong.
“We are going to have juicy dumplings as the main item, appetizers, noodles and dim sum,” Cheng told What Now Dallas. The restaurant will neighbor a high-traffic shopping area, with fast-casual restaurants like Raising Cane’s, Chic-fil-a and Whataburger.
Home of Juicy Dumplings has yet to establish a website or social media accounts, but Cheng said they are coming soon.
