Evelyn Steakhouse is in the works for 1201 Turtle Creek Blvd, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing estimates a completion date of the commercial remodel of the 9,244-square-foot space to conclude sometime around November of this year.
The concept is from Reach Hospitality Group of Dallas. Owned by Rich Hicks, the group currently has several award-winning concepts including Ojos Locos Sports Cantina which opened in 2010 and currently has 10 locations serving beer, wings, and more, as well as Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar, where “It’s all about the crust!” At their six locations.
Reach also runs TacoLingo Tex-Mex, which the group describes as “Your local Tex-Mex Hangout. TacoLingo is a new casual dining experience in Uptown Dallas that brings the “Lingo” back to Tex-Mex with fresh ingredients made in-house, delicious enchiladas, fajitas and tacos. Hand crafted cocktails and Margaritas.”
They also operate The Mexican, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, and Wild Peckers. Evelyn Steakhouse has yet to establish a website or social channels.
