Razzoo Cajun Cafe is coming to Cedar Hill sometime this fall, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe, established in 1991, is a lively restaurant chain that brings the vibrant flavors of Louisiana to its guests. The menu features classic Cajun dishes such as jambalaya, crawfish étouffée, and blackened catfish, all crafted with authentic spices and ingredients.

Diners can also enjoy signature appetizers like fried alligator tail and Cajun fondue, along with an array of po’boys and seafood platters.

Known for its festive atmosphere, Razzoo’s often hosts live music and events to complement its hearty, flavorful cuisine. With locations across Texas and beyond, Razzoo’s continues to be a popular destination for those seeking a true taste of the Bayou.

According to their website, the brand opened to address the “lack of appreciation and knowledge around Louisiana cookin’.” It goes on to describe Razor’s “deep love and respect of Cajun culture.” Learn more at www.razzoos.com
