America’s largest iced tea franchise, HTeaO, will be bringing its first location to South Carolina later this year.

Local franchisee Steve Delcioppo and three family members signed a deal with the Texas-based beverage brand in May, and have set their sights on Charleston for their first store opening. Delcioppo also owns and operates two other local businesses: Sea Island Mortgage and Fender Mender collision repair. As first reported by Holy City Sinner, Delcioppo and his family became inspired to become owners of the franchise after visiting a Dallas HTeaO location.

HTeaO currently has 50 locations across 14 states, but the franchise is rapidly expanding. They currently have 400 signed franchise agreements and hope to operate 500 stores by the end of 2026. Their menu revolves around their 26 signature tea flavors, which are customizable; as well as a rotating Mix of the Month that features unique flavors such as Wedding Cake or Cotton Candy. They also sell coffee and frozen drinks.

A location and opening date have not yet been announced for the Charleston location of HTeaO.
