One of the new installments coming to Grange Food Hall is a Texas-based brand called Dock Local. The coastal cuisine concept is expected soon at the property, which is located at 6575 Greenwood Plaza Blvd.
A brand representative told What Now Denver that they are “in the process on permits and construction is almost done. We are waiting on few more pieces.” They hope to be up and running in a few weeks.
Dock Local’s menu includes fresh starters, sandwiches, tacos, lobster rolls, salads, and more. Brett Curtis started the company in 2019, and there are four Texas locations.
He will also be bringing a concept called Brisket Rules Slider Bar to Grange Food Hall soon. Curtis has more than three decades in the food industry.
