The Peppertree Restaurant, local fine dining establishment, is about to undergo a transformative renovation project. Springs Mag reported that the Colorado Springs eatery is making some changes.

For over 40 years, The Peppertree has been a pillar in the city’s dining scene, celebrated for its table-side preparation, exceptional service, and stunning views of downtown Colorado Springs. It’s located near the Broadmoor.

Details of the renovation have not been revealed, besides the timeline. Initially, the project was slated for January, but renovations were then changed to start in late February. From February 19 to April 2, the restaurant will be closed.

Beyond its regular dining services, The Peppertree is a venue that hosts parties for special occasions. From birthdays to wedding receptions, the dining room accommodates up to 75 guests and can be rented out.
