Nestled in Downtown Evergreen, the renowned Little Bear Saloon and Restaurant has a new owner for the first time in almost half a century. According to Business Den, the property, which sits at 28075 CO-74, has been sold by Kenneth and Judy Jeronimus

JR Iannaccone and Patrick and Alexandra Robson purchased the establishment, which dates back to the 1880s. It was previously known as the Red Ram Saloon and has also had stints as a church, a drug store, and a dance hall.

The venue offers food and drinks with entertainment, hosting live music four nights a week with blues, jazz, rock, country, and bluegrass. There is Western decor and music memorabilia that adorn the property, along with swinging doors, brass registers, and wooden bar stools.

Little Bear Saloon’s menu showcases bites made from locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen serves burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and several different appetizer options.
