South Broadway is getting another spot for diners to fire up the grill and dig into premium Wagyu.
Chubby Cattle BBQ is coming to 99 S. Broadway in Denver, according to the restaurant’s website, which lists the location as ‘coming soon’.
The BBQ concept is part of the Chubby Cattle restaurant group and centers its dining experience around tableside grilling, giving guests the chance to cook premium cuts of meat themselves.
The menu features Wagyu options alongside other meats and sides, with the experience inspired by Japanese yakiniku-style dining.
The Denver location will join the group’s existing Chubby Cattle Hot Pot at 2 N. Broadway, adding another concept to the restaurant group’s presence along the South Broadway corridor.
An opening date for Chubby Cattle BBQ has not yet been announced.
