Anthony’s Pizza and Pasta is set to open its first Fort Collins location at 2550 E. Harmony Road soon, according to The Coloradoan. This will be the 18th outlet for the Denver-born chain, known for its authentic New York-style pizza and Italian cuisine.

Franchise owner Garrett Brizendine, who recently acquired the company with FR Development, is excited to bring the brand’s large, made-from-scratch pizzas and 40-year legacy to the FoCo community.

The new restaurant will occupy the space previously held by Pulcinella Pizzeria. It will feature Anthony’s signature 22-inch New York-style pizzas, crafted from six fresh ingredients and baked in stone deck ovens. Alongside the pizza, the menu will include a variety of salads, sandwiches, pasta, and desserts.

Brizendine tells What Now Denver the restaurant is currently in the final stages of build-out and is actively hiring for all positions. The grand opening is scheduled for September, and the location will offer delivery, takeout, and dine-in services.
