Construction is underway on 40 The Arcade, which is planned to house Urban Cowboy Bar in Nashville. Permits show that it will also house a Roberta’s Pizza restaurant, as well.
Roberta’s has been operating within Urban Cowboy Public House at 1603 Woodland St. as a pop-up location for some time. Now, it appears the two concepts will stay connected and be located in the same space.
Plans indicate that the renovations involve 2,330 square feet of space on the ground level, which used to house Phillips Deli and City Wraps restaurants, and 4,675 square feet on the second level, to house both Urban Cowboy and a full restaurant for Roberta’s Pizza.
Roberta’s currently has locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Nashville, Denver and Singapore.
The pizza spot has been looking for an expansion plan in Nashville for some time. What Now Nashville previously reported that the team was looking for a more permanent brick-and-mortar location.
Urban Cowboy previously announced plans to open in 2024, though it is unclear at this time when construction will be completed on the site for both concepts.
