The 5,145-square-foot recording studio Gold Pacific Studios opened in late 2024 at 506 East Iris Drive in Berry Hill, featuring a large array of recording equipment.

The studio offers a live room, a mixing room, two writing rooms, a decorated lounge area, a full kitchen and a large outdoor patio, according to the Gold Pacific Studios Nashville website.

Dan and Alisha Ballard are the couple behind Gold Pacific Studios, which has another location in Orange County, California.

Though the studio is up and running, there is more on the way to the location. The Ballards have plans to convert a 1950s house at the address into a music venue that will include a stage, fireplace, green room and bar, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal.

At the moment, they are still in the construction process for the venue. What Now Nashville got in touch with Alisha, who confirmed that they are working on opening the associated music venue, but she could not immediately provide comment on the process.

As of now, an opening timeline for the music venue is unknown.
