E+ROSE Wellness Café could be preparing to expand its Nashville footprint with a potential new location at 2200 Buena Vista Pike, Suite 1. A Metro Nashville ePermits record issued October 20, identifies E+ROSE Wellness Café in the scope of work for a 2,000-square-foot restaurant build-out, although the company has not yet confirmed an opening date or publicly announced the address.
Founded in 2015 by registered dietitian Robbie Nowinski, E+ROSE is a wellness-focused café brand operating in Nashville and Atlanta. The company’s official website describes its approach as dietitian-developed, with an emphasis on whole-food ingredients and made-from-scratch offerings. Its existing Nashville locations include Germantown, The Gulch, East Nashville, 12 South and Wedgewood-Houston, among others.
The cafe’s menu extends beyond smoothies, with superfood bowls, cold-pressed juices, toast, oats, wraps, salads, coffee, tea and wellness shots. E+ROSE also highlights vegan and gluten-free options, alongside its emphasis on ingredients without seed oils or refined sugars. These offerings reflect the brand’s focus on convenient food and beverages designed around wellness and nutrition.
The Nashville permit lists the project as a commercial tenant finish-out for a full-service restaurant, with no change to the existing building footprint. Its issued status indicates that the permit has been granted, but it does not independently confirm that construction is underway or establish when the café might welcome customers.
E+ROSE’s official locations directory also identifies a Green Hills cafe as coming soon, but does not currently list the Buena Vista Pike address. The permit could therefore point to an additional Nashville location, although confirmation from the company is still needed.
